terms and conditions.

1. please be sure with your order/s. you cannot cancel once you've already submit the form. if you really need to cancel, you need to pay a cancellation fee which is 50% of your total on or before the dop.
2. prices of my items for sale are still negotiable if you will buy many. otherwise, they're all fixed. the indicated prices exclude packaging and shipping fees.
3. a message will be sent to the account you have provided within 12 hours once i have received your order form. payment details and payment scheme will be included in the message.
4. deadlines of payment are usually indicated in my selling posts. if not, kindly ask me in dms. but in the event that you need extensions, kindly ask me and we can still negotiate. however, there will be a corresponding late fee. a Php15/succeeding day will be added if it exceeds the deadline of payment. failure to pay on or before the said deadline without any valid reason means that you are a time waster. joy reservers will be added to my thread.
5. if you're ordering a soon-to-be onhand item, the time of arrival stated is only estimated. meaning, there is a high chance that your items will arrive earlier or later than the said eta. delays or damages caused by supplier/courier will not be under my liability. rest assured that i will give you constant updates regarding the items and that i'll pack them carefully.
6. i allow combined shipments as long as buyer is also willing to wait. once the items are already with me, please give me 1-3 days to do the sorting and packing. shipment will follow once everything has been packed.
7. refunds will only be given if buyer has evidence that they have received wrong items or orders with damages (i.e. an unedited unboxing video from the opening of the plastic courier to the actual item/s). no raw video = no refund.

1. posters are shipped either rolled or folded. add 80 pesos if you want a poster tube (for rolled only).

rate. Php50 per month for unlimited photocards that will be unboxed. non-photocard items and will not be repacked are included already in the bulky items and will incur a Php15 fee per parcel. kindly read below for further info.

terms and conditions.

1. our personal information especially the shipping address must stay between us, as well as the seller/s that will be shipping your items to my place.
2. if the transaction is outside shopee, kindly inform me before giving out my infos to someone else.
3. lending of MM address fee is Php50 per month. this includes the unboxing of items, sending of photos and videos of the conditions, repacking and consolidating your items, and packaging materials. If the items are too bulky/they need additional packing mats for extra protection (more than 3 albums etc), i’ll only collect a small amount that won’t exceed Php80. the address rental starts on the day that you ask for my shipping info.
4. if you wish to have your items shipped out even if my service has not ended yet, the fee of Php50 per month is NON-REFUNDABLE. please keep this in mind.
5. since the fee is per month, it is required to have your items shipped out exactly a month after you’ve started to avail my service. In case that you would like your items to overstay here for a few days, there will be a fee of Php5/day.
6. if you would like to avail my services AGAIN, you need to have your items shipped out to your address first so you won’t be charged a late fee. the fee will still be Php50 per month.
7. for every photocard that has no toploader, i will be charging a 10php per piece per 1-2 pcs. but lenticular cards and other thick photocards will automatically have 1:1 ratio.
8. please ask for the sellers to disclose the condition of your items. Iiwill not be held liable if there are any flaws or dents on your items that were not disclosed to you beforehand.
9. ask for the sellers to send photos DURING and AFTER packing the items. i will be doing the same; send you photos before and after unboxing your items.
10. always fill out the parcels form tracker for every parcel that will be delivered to my address. no tracking number provided = no proof of arrival.

from the seller's address to mine.

1. pay for your shipping fee first before having the items shipped out to my place. if it is thru shopee checkout, you need to transfer the amount first to my MOP before I checkout the given link.
2. i do not allow COD shipping fee as i rarely get cash onhand. in case that this is unavoidable, kindly add Php20 to your total.
3. same day deliveries are allowed but the time availability depends on my schedule. please inform me atleast 1 day before the actual SDD shipment. there will also be a Php10 fee per booking.

from my address to consol client's.

1. payment first before ship out policy. the deadline of payment for address lending and packaging fees are on the day that you decide to have your items shipped out.
2. no rush shipping please. It usually takes me 1-5 days to sort and pack items especially if I have a lot to pack during the time that you will have your items shipped out.
